[DeTomaso] ANOTHER ZF bolt that backs out to cause trouble

 Nick,
 
 No photos on hand and of course everything is back together, but if you view your ZF you'll understand where the bolt is.
 
 The box mounts flush to the rear cover with three bolts whose heads are also inside the box, but there is also a tubular stand off at the front of the box - between the box and the front gear cover housing. This is where the bolt in question passes, screwing into the gear cover section.
 
 From the outside the bolt may appear to pass just below the selector shaft, but the very top of the bolt head bumps into the shaft if you try to remove it. When the bolt comes out enough, the selector arm, with a larger o.d. than the shaft, is blocked from full forward movement.
