[DeTomaso] intake manifold confusion

 So last weekend I pulled the old Torker intake manifold off of my Pantera and ordered a new Edelbrock Performer manifold. Went to put it on this weekend and found that I have the wrong manifold (#2750). The intake holes on this one are much too small compared to the intake holes in the heads.
 
 When I look at the descriptions at Summit, #2750 is listed for 2V 351C's. It says that it works on 2-valve heads. Am I missing something here? What does 2-valve refer to, if not the number of valves per cylinder?
 
 I assume now that the intake that I want is Edelbrock #2665, even though it says it's for 4V heads.
 
 Obviously I still have much to learn. Someone help straighten me out here.
