[DeTomaso] CRACKED REAR WINDOW AGAIN

I didn't notice until I cleaned up the Pantera after I got back from Silver State that I cracked the rear window (again).....probably when I bottomed out on the dips at speed. Question now is what to replace it with...
   
  Quick fix is to go back to the glass shop and say their glass failed ;-]> or replace the old with a new or go Lexon but....trying to keep it looking stock even if it ain't....then I remembered someone mentioning there is a 'floating" gasket or mount for the glass so frame is not slaming against glass the next time I am jumping the Pantera ala Dukes of Hazard
