[DeTomaso] Welding

MSD recommends disconnecting both the positive and negative leads to the MSD
box prior to any welding. Maybe my car was a fluke, but a practically new
MSD started going flaky a month or so after welding on the car with
everything still connected. I didn't talk to MSD until afterward.

The $180 bill for another new AL-6 provided some serious mental
reinforcement - I won't do that any more. It's sort of like a shock collar
on a dog but in reverse, the sparks don't fly when you need them to.
