[DeTomaso] Reliable source for Cleveland blocks?

Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes not..... right now, one Nor-Cal
Pantera 
with a fresh .040-overbore has never sealed its rings, has massive
blow-by 
whenever its running and frequently overheats. It was built by a pro
engine shop 
in the Bay Area. He's looking for another block- and a shop with a sonic
