If you want it to stay together I think the proof shows a CLEVOR has the greatest power potential.  

With a cleveland you need to hunt around for a block with thick enough walls.  I have one friend who tried four diiferent blocks and finally had to get his sleeved to have a satisfactory block.  Pair that with the Cleveland's oiling issues, why start with potential issues?  Isn't it easier to get a block that has superior strength and a superior oiling system?  Aren't you better off spending money once instead of having the block break as I have seen many times before in fellow club members cars?

You would have been better off getting a DART block, with better alloy and more capacity to start.  

I just don't like the idea of spending money twice.

If pure Clevland was the way to go why would 5 out 6 finalists and the winner all have used a CLEVOR combination?
