[DeTomaso] A/C Lines

I have removed my a/c compressor and condenser and would like to remove the 2 lines running to the back. The one is easy. It went from the compressor to the condenser, which are now gone, but the other goes to into the fire wall.
What should I do with it? Should I cut it, remove it completely(looks like alot of work)  or coil it up inside the fender area?
If I cut it,can a fitting be crimped on later if I decide to install A/C?
