[DeTomaso] Radiator Fan Mounting Grommets

What about the little steel tubes that belong in the 
center of the grommets, that keep the screws from over-
clamping the grommets?  Available?  Seems like these 
often get lost...in many applications.

About "gearboxes", when I had my VW transaxle built, a 
taller 4th gear was a $35 upgrade.  I passed though...
