If someone wants to get in touch with Mike, he is in fact in Spain. 

I, too am in Spain. That makes it a local phone call for me. I´ll give him a
buzz this afternoon and see what's up.

If anyone has any specific messages (like Kirby's here) I'll pass them on to
him. 

He has access to some IBM's on base so he should be able to send and receive
e-mails...

Whoever is in contact with Mike....

I've been looking at the new MacBook Pro, but needed some 'impetus'  
to do actually get one. My kids all have good computers (they are all Macs
by the way...), so a good home is required for the old one.

Yes, I know he needs it tomorrow, but what I've got is in Brunei.
A PowerBook G4 1.5GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HD, DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW, Firewire 400,
Firewire 800, two USB ports, 15" screen, etc. etc..

If that's acceptable and he can wait until I get it in the hands of the next
guy returning to Houston, let me know.
He'll have to get it from there.

If someone else comes through in the meantime... then so be it. My computer
will go to the kid that has the oldest machine.

I agree.... Mike should stick with what he knows.

Someone get back to me with a yea or nay.
