Independance. In 1782 We won the war for independance by peace negotiations 
in Paris between Britain, France, and The United States. The Peace Treaty 
was negotiated by Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and John Jay for Americans 
from Americans in November of 1782. Now this is just a brief summary and 
many important figures and roles of Americans are regretfully not mentioned.

Now to address your request for help from some sort of service whether it 
is civil or government. All I can say is be careful what you wish for. 
Civil-FEMA and Government-United Nations. I personally don't like the idea 
of neither to step forward. However, Clinton started signing executive 
orders for this to take place back in 1995. Since then we have built many 
FEMA Camps and U.N. bases across the U.S. For what reason do you suppose 
this is?
