Instead of spending more on slightly different offset wheels, simply get out
your ball-peen hammer and pound a dent in the inner fender panel where the
wheel is rubbing. There are several places where rubbing occurs, but all are
single-sheet thickness except for rolling the fender lips; the whole job should be
1/2 hr per side, and will allow full steering. Afterwards, spray-paint the
bare pounded spots for rust protection. My 245-50s rubbed in 3 places on the
left front but only 1 place on the right front. That was in 1990.... Good luck- J
