[DeTomaso] Throw out bearing& Centerforce Clutch repair/buy

Yo My Peeps,
   
  While my engine is being rebuilt a question came up on two items
  1.  Throw out bearing replacement
  2.  Clutch replacement - Centerforce (starting to feel wear even after adjustment)
   
  Conventional wisdom dictates replace both with new units while engine and ZF are out but  curious if anyone has had throw out bearing 'rebuilt' in the past. Whats the going price these days for both those...
