I read an article somewhere about a shop in an African country where a guy employed all these kids to send out scams on the computer. I imagine some hacker comes up with the scam, provides him with the means and due to his location, makes it very difficult to track. Not to mention law enforcement turning a blind eye. There was a sign on the door stating that computer piracy would not be tolerated! This guy was getting VERY rich.
