It varies with the track and temp and with the sway bar I am running, but it
is usually in the mid 30s / low 30s.
Of course, with the low-grip, high tread wear Euro TAs, I am more concerned
about tuning for grip and balance than about wearing out the center or sides
of the tire. With a 340 treadwear rating, they are pretty much bullet
proof.
