[DeTomaso] fuel injection

EMP will destroy the computer and ignition for ever. The military is trying 
to develop a way to block the effect already and has been for some time. 
They use a device that sends the electro magnetic pulse equivilent to a 
nuke. Nothing has survived it yet....
