[DeTomaso] Campy restoration

You have to use a thin layer of a so called wash primer and then spray them
with ordinary car paint. The original paint colour for the Campys was called
Argent Silver. I sand blasted my wheels before painting them with the wash
primer.

After I strip my campy wheels, do I use a primer first and which one should
I 
use. I paln to de-gas them before putting on the primer.
