Based on a solution provided by Chris Difani, I have posted a fix  for the 
turn LED turn signal lamp interaction problem.
 
This fix involves adding two diodes (1N4001 or equivalent) at the  back of 
the TACH. The fix is shown using the existing indicator bulb but could  also be 
used for an LED indicator in the TACH.
