  One more excuse not to add a roll bar? You talking about a cage like you USED to have in your Pantera or a roll bar?! Come on now....you hardly fit in that car! ;-]>
   
  Assuming anyone has a 5 point harness and roll bar padding you sure as hell don't need a helmet unless your cage hasn't been designed well...although now that I think of it a helmet would look like you were fast even if you weren't! ;-]>   
    
My new Dick Drenske roll cage also has the front bar (next to windshield) relocated 4-5" farther away from driver's head but everything has roll bar padding...
