I don't agree with Jacks comment that "about any roll bar will work..."
Dick Drenske is the expert here that I would rely on but I'd agree if I am going for a off-road excursion bent is better then broken which is why I had Drenske replace my chrome moly cage with mild steel. I've seen roll bars and cages that also were not secured to backing plates or reinforced.
