  I have heard that you should also check your oil pump drive shaft. If it is hexagonal, replace it. Milodon makes a replacement # 22565. I'm sure others do as well. This also might be a good time to replace the oil pump as well.

I was told that this was about a 2.5 hour job if one were alone on the
garage floor.
So if I were at a shop with a proper lift, any guesstimates?
