[DeTomaso] Arriva Tires

Store tires in a cool dark place. It is ultraviolet light that harms the rubber. I use the dark green / black trash bags
to filter the UV. Lay on the side, otherwise you get flat-spots. Don't put directly on a cement floor.
Make sure it is not a humid, dead air area.

I store my spares in individual bags, stacked 4-8 high, separated with a couple of sheets of cardboard between.

  Subject: [DeTomaso] Arriva Tires

I have an old set of Arriva Tires that I would like to use for shows. The
lettering on the tires has yellowed over time. Does anyone have any suggestions
on how I could get them back to white?

Also, what is the best procedure for storing the wheels and tires when they
are off the car to help preserve them. Overinflate/underinflate? Store them on
  their sides? Cover them? etc?

  Arriva-dirce,

  Jeff
