[DeTomaso] Engine bay paint

Larry, I'm not sure, but I think you and your dad operate a body shop and I'm 
looking for advise on what type of paint to use in the engine bay.  My car is 
almost a daily driver and not a show car and I would use some type of hard as 
nails paint to match the body.  I'm also considering the paint that is 
designed more for trunks, it's a dark speckled paint maybe dark gray with speckled 
black/white/multicolor (it actually comes that way).  The very first detailed 
pantera engine bay that I remember from 20 years ago was that type of paint and 
it looked great.  Any advise would help.
