	Make sure the main switch is turned on.  The main switch is located on the
dash to the left of the steering wheel.  Then, when you reach the speed you
want to maintain, twist the end of the windshield wiper stalk either toward
or away from you, can't recall which (  it will say set on it).  Then take
your foot off the gas.  Speed should hold then. 
	To slow down, step on the brake, or twist the control the opposite way you
did to set it.  You can speed up by twisting the control the same direction
you did to set the speed.
