You know, it's funny, but it seems like the less complex manual-crank
windows are the ones that people keep getting replaced for rattles and
failures.  Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me like my power windows are
the trouble-free type...


I find that the rattle comes from a slight loosening of the gap
or holder of the glass pane, simple pushing the glass up ever
so slightly after lowering should stop the rattle.

Note, the rattle almost never happens with the top up and the
window given some support from the tops rubber gasket seal
