You know, it's funny, but it seems like the less complex manual-crank windows are the ones that people keep getting replaced for rattles and failures. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me like my power windows are the trouble-free type... I find that the rattle comes from a slight loosening of the gap or holder of the glass pane, simple pushing the glass up ever so slightly after lowering should stop the rattle.
